Lincoln Casino's website isn't the best we've seen and that becomes apparent when searching for licensing information or accepted/excluded countries. We're pretty sure that Lincoln Casino accepts players from the USA but in the T&C, Lincoln 'reserves the right to refuse' players in the USA.
The vast majority of online reviews of Lincoln Casino confirm this to be a USA-accepted casino and some reviews go a step further by listing some excluded states - Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, New Jersey, New York and Washington.
There a few more excluded countries in the 'reserves the right to refuse' list, including Austria, Belarus, France, Netherlands, Panama, Russia and UK.

 Lincoln isn't rogue in any way but it's not a casino that'll blow your mind. The product on offer will be good enough for most players, despite some unimpressive cashout times.
