We can't really describe what you find at Kudos Casino's 'website' to be a 'real' site. You're thrown straight into the casino lobby and games—no banking options page, promotions page, Kudos PC software download, contact us information, etc. What we get instead are 'pop-ups' of bits of information that cover some of these areas but astonishingly still omit vital information such as how to contact Kudos Casino via e-mail. For that, we had to resort to the casino's live-chat.

It's not clear what this network has tried to do to Kudos. In the past, it was a 'real' website with an easy link to download Kudos Casino (to PC) and all the missing pages we mentioned were previously present. It now looks like a cut-down, 'cheap' version of its former self and is definitely the poor relative in this family. And it's a shame, because Kudos is actually a very good online casino but first impressions count a LOT in the online casino world. Unfortunately, and again this puts Kudos at a disadvantage compared to other SpinLogic casinos, the deposit bonuses here are 'sticky'. That means whilst you can bet with bonus money and profit from it, you can never withdraw any bonus money itself, even if your wagering requirements have been met.
